About Involve

We’re a practice shaped by the belief that with the right support, people can move toward greater understanding, wellbeing, and participation in life, no matter where they are starting from.

An integrated way of working

Involve brings together psychology, occupational therapy, and assessment pathways within one practice. For many clients and families, that means support can feel clearer, more connected, and easier to navigate.

Depending on what someone needs, care may involve one practitioner, one service, or a more collaborative pathway. Our team works thoughtfully around fit, communication, and next steps so that people feel guided rather than left to figure it all out alone.

Who we’re here for

People come to Involve for many different reasons. Sometimes there is a clear concern or diagnosis. Sometimes it begins with a sense that something feels harder than it should. Our role is to help make that starting point feel clearer, more respectful, and more supported.

The kind of practice we’re building

We want Involve to feel calm, welcoming, and grounded, as a place where clients feel cared for and where practitioners can work in a way that is sustainable, thoughtful, and connected.

Meet the team

That means valuing:

  • ethical and reflective practice

  • Diversity-affirming care for all neurotypes, gender identities, sexualities and cultural backgrounds

  • respectful therapeutic relationships

  • practical support that fits real life

  • a team culture that is collaborative and genuinely human

Our team brings together psychologists and occupational therapists with different experience, interests, and ways of working. We take care to help people find support that feels like the right fit.

Why Involve exists

Involve was created out of a desire to offer care that feels both high quality and deeply human.

Our co-founders and directors, Gail and Jenna, worked together across a range of settings and repeatedly saw how difficult it could be for clients to find services that were thoughtful, ethical, collaborative, and genuinely well connected. That experience shaped the beginnings of Involve.

Rather than separating support into disconnected parts, they wanted to build a practice where people could access care in a way that felt more joined up, more respectful, and more responsive to what was actually needed.

This became the foundation of Involve Health Hub, an integrated practice where clients can access psychology, occupational therapy, assessment, groups, and other supports in one place, with care that is centred around the person in front of us.

What guides our work

Our work is grounded in a few core beliefs

Care should be thoughtful and well held

We believe the way support is offered matters. Feeling safe, respected, and understood is an important part of good care.

People are more than their difficulties

We believe the way support is offered matters. Feeling safe, respected, and understood is an important part of good care.

Support should be collaborative

Good care is not one-size-fits-all. We work with people to understand what feels meaningful, manageable, and appropriate for them.

We work with:

  • children and families

  • adolescents and young adults

  • adults

  • parents, carers, and support systems

The right support can make a meaningful difference

We hold the belief that with the right support, people can improve their wellbeing regardless of their history, current circumstances, or functioning.
