Fees and rebates
We aim to keep fee information clear and easy to navigate. Fees vary depending on the practitioner, service type, appointment time, and, for assessments, the scope of what is being explored.

Other funding options
We also work with clients under a range of other funding pathways, depending on the service and practitioner including:
NDIS self-managed and plan managed participants
Workcover
DVA
CTP Insurance
Victims of Crime
Where services are accessed through a funding body, fees may be charged in line with that scheme’s scheduled rates.
If you’re unsure whether your funding can be used for the support you’re looking for, or what fee applies, our team can help guide you.
Assessment fees
Assessment fees vary depending on the type of assessment and whether one or more areas are being explored.
Fee variations may include factors such as:
the type of assessment required
the number of sessions involved
whether information is being gathered across multiple informants
the number of hours taken to complete the report and recommendations
Please contact our administration team for guidance and an estimated cost based on your needs.
Deposits and cancellations
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure an initial appointment.
When your appointment is booked, that time is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations can affect your own continuity of care, the practitioner who has prepared for the appointment, and other clients who may be waiting for availability.
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, a fee of 50% of the session fee will apply.
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, or if you do not attend, a fee of 100% of the session fee will apply.
If we are able to fill your cancelled appointment time with another client, no cancellation fee will be charged.
As a courtesy, we send SMS reminders 72 hours before appointments. This gives you a full 24 hours after receiving the reminder to let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule without incurring a fee.
Not sure what fee applies to you?
If you’re unsure which practitioner, rebate, or funding pathway is most relevant, our team is happy to help you understand your options.
