What working here can look like

We know that good work is shaped not only by clinical skill, but by the environment around it.
The way a practice works matters and so does the way it feels to be part of it.

You choose how you work. That may include setting your own session fees, choosing your days and hours, tailoring your appointment times and breaks, working one to five days per week, offering in-person or telehealth, and shaping your caseload around your interests and preferred client groups.

We believe private practice should be both professionally rewarding and sustainable. You retain autonomy over your work, while we provide the support around it - including referrals, reception, admin, billing, marketing, systems, and clinic infrastructure.

At Involve, we support practitioners to build a practice that is manageable, well-boundaried, and sustainable without pressure toward overload or volume-driven practice.

A way of working that feels sustainable

  • We want practitioners to be able to focus more on clinical work and less on the logistics of running a practice.

    Our support includes:

    • full reception, admin, and billing support

    • marketing support

    • established referral pathways, including Medicare, WorkCover and insurance, Victims of Crime, DVA, NDIS, and private referrals

    • paperless systems and efficient practice processes

    • modern clinic rooms and therapy resources

    • regular peer supervision and access to case consultation with our Directors

    • quarterly check-ins with our Directors focused on your goals, wellbeing, and development

  • We have a strong and growing referral base, with consistent demand and high attendance rates. There is particularly high demand for after-school and after-work appointments.

    Where possible, we aim to match referrals to your areas of interest. Current priority growth areas include:

    • children, teens, and families

    • eating disorders

    • couples work

    • occupational therapy expansion across the life stages

    • future growth into speech pathology

    We’re interested in growing thoughtfully, with practitioners who align with the kind of care and practice culture we’re building.

  • At Involve, you’ll be part of a warm, connected, and diverse team culture, with regular social events, informal catch-ups, and opportunities to build genuine collegial relationships. We value creating a workplace where practitioners feel supported not only professionally, but also as people.

  • We work under a clear and transparent service-fee model. This is same model used by our Directors.

    Service fees vary depending on the type of work. This allows practitioners to retain strong autonomy over their practice while receiving support with referrals, billing, marketing, systems, and clinic infrastructure.

    You set your own session fees. Current practitioners typically charge between $180 and $265 per session, including reduced-fee options for some clients.

    We’re happy to talk through the service-fee structure and typical scenarios in an initial conversation, so you can clearly understand how the model works in practice.
