At Involve Health Hub, we offer psychology, occupational therapy, group therapy, and assessment services in a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment. Based in Aspley, we support children, young people, adults, and families with thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to the person in front of us.

Our practitioners are neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative and grounded in respectful, person-centred practice. We aim to create a space where people feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported.

How we can help

Psychology and counselling

Support for children, young people, and adults to help navigate a range of emotional, behavioural and life challenges.

We offer individual therapy, parenting support, and group options tailored to each person’s goals and circumstances.

Assessments and reports

Cognitive, learning , and attention assessments for 6-16yo, as well as Autism, ADHD, and functional capacity assessments for children, young people and adults.

Our assessments process is thoughtful, respectful and designed to provide greater understanding, clarity and direction.

Occupational therapy

Individual and group support for children, young people, and adults to build everyday skills, participation, confidence, and independence.

We support areas such as motor development, self-care, executive functioning, daily living skills, and sensory regulation.

Professional supervision

Reflective, supportive supervision for psychologists and other mental health professionals.

Step 2 - We take the time to understand what you’re looking for

A member of our admin team will be in contact to learn more about what has brought you to Involve, answer any early questions, and help if you’re feeling unsure about what kind of support may be right.

Step 3 - We help find the best fit

Using that information, we’ll guide you toward the practitioner or service that feels like the best fit. We’ll talk your through availability, fees, and the booking process.

Step 4 - We confirm everything with you

Once your first appointment is booked, we’ll send through a confirmation email along with a client information pack so you know what to expect next.
