Adolescent Psychology Support in North Brisbane

Adolescence can bring significant emotional, social, academic, and life changes. At Involve Health Hub, we provide supportive psychology services for teenagers across North Brisbane from our Aspley clinic.
Our psychologists aim to create a respectful and supportive space where young people feel heard, understood, and supported in navigating the challenges and changes that can come with adolescence.

Supporting Adolescents and Young People

Adolescents may seek psychology support for many different reasons, including stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, school pressures, confidence, friendships, adjustment challenges, or navigating neurodiversity.

Support is tailored to the young person’s goals, strengths, and experiences while recognising the importance of autonomy, trust, and collaboration.

Areas we may support include:

  • anxiety and stress

  • emotional regulation

  • school and study pressures

  • social and friendship challenges

  • confidence and self-esteem

  • adjustment and transitions

  • neurodiversity support

  • coping strategies

A Respectful and Collaborative Approach

We recognise that seeking support can feel vulnerable for teenagers and families. Our psychologists aim to provide a calm, respectful, and non-judgemental environment that supports meaningful therapeutic relationships and practical strategies.

Where appropriate, we also work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, schools, and other supports.
