Georgia supports general mental health concerns, emotional dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, neurodivergent clients, and LGBTQIA+ clients.
She is completing a time-limited placement at Involve until approximately July 2026 as part of the final year of her Master of Psychology (Counselling) through UQ.
About Georgia
Georgia is a Provisional Psychologist who works with a broad range of clients and takes a collaborative, person-centred approach to therapy. She has experience supporting young people and adults with general mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma, as well as life challenges such as emotional dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties and low self-esteem.
Georgia also has experience working with neurodivergent individuals and people with diverse sexualities and genders. She is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming therapeutic space for every client.
She draws on evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, and DBT to help clients build coping skills, deepen self-understanding, recognise their strengths, and take meaningful steps toward emotional wellbeing and values-aligned living.
Georgia is completing a time-limited placement at Involve from January to approximately July 2026 as part of the final year of her Master of Psychology (Counselling) through The University of Queensland. She has been working as a Provisional Psychologist for over a year and is supervised by Involve Health Hub’s Directors.
