Sharon has particular interests in trauma, including chronic and severe trauma, as well as anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, and adjustment through life transitions.

About Sharon

Sharon is a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about providing her clients with the necessary tools to reach their potential. Sharon uses a variety of evidenced based therapeutic interventions with a client focused and empathetic approach. She provides a warm, non-judgemental space for her clients to feel supported whilst working towards their goals.

She works with adults and has experience supporting a range of general mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, and adjustment through life transitions. Sharon also has a particular interest in trauma, and currently works concurrently in another role supporting clients who have experienced chronic and severe trauma.

Sharon has worked in both not-for-profit and private practice settings and enjoys working with adults.
