About Anika
Anika is a Provisional Psychologist who works with a broad range of clients. She has experience working with people with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout and trauma, as well as challenges with self-esteem, emotional regulation and interpersonal difficulties.
Anika is interested in supporting people from immigrant backgrounds, neurodivergent clients, and the LGBTQIA+ community. She aims to create a safe, inclusive and affirming therapeutic experience for each client.
Anika draws on evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, somatic therapy, and compassion-focused therapy to help clients build emotional awareness, regulation skills, and deepen their self-understanding and acceptance. She operates under a strength-based approach to aid clients in recognising their strengths and taking meaningful, values-aligned actions towards their goals.
Anika is in the final year of her Master of Clinical Psychology at Bond University. She has worked as a Provisional Psychologist for over a year across several placements and is supervised by Involve Health Hub’s Directors.
