Grace has particular interests in mood dysregulation, anxiety, trauma-related difficulties, neurodivergence, and supporting young people experiencing severe or complex mental health challenges. She also provides psychoeducational assessments, including cognitive and academic assessments.
About Grace
Grace is a Registered Psychologist who is driven to support people of all ages to feel empowered and confident within themselves. Grace works to create a non-judgemental and safe space in which people feel heard and understood.
She provides flexible client-centred support, adapting evidence-based therapies to suit the client’s presentations, interests and needs. Grace works with children and families, adolescents and young adults. With an interest in mood dysregulation, anxiety and trauma related difficulties.
In addition to individual therapy, Grace also provides psychoeducational assessments, including cognitive and academic assessments. Her previous experience includes working within residential youth setting and a private practice with young people experiencing a range of severe and complex mental health difficulties and those with neurodivergent profiles, such as Autism and ADHD.
