About Jacqui

Jacqui is a registered psychologist with postgraduate training in health psychology. She offers a warm, empathetic and holistic approach, recognising that physical, emotional and social factors all contribute to mental health and wellbeing. She is perceptive and insightful and enjoys helping people better understand themselves and the root of their challenges, supporting them to make meaningful changes and flourish.

Jacqui takes a personalised approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and attachment theory. She focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship and aims to create a safe space, where clients feel respected, understood, and supported.

Outside of work, Jacqui enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, listening to podcasts, being creative and reading (usually about psychology, which she finds endlessly interesting).
