Jenna also offers EMDR therapy, conducts psychoeducational, Autism, and ADHD assessments, and works from a neurodiversity-affirming approach. She is a Psychology Board of Australia Accredited Supervisor for 4+2, 5+1, and higher degree pathways.

About Jenna

Jenna is a Registered Psychologist who works with young people and adults, supporting them through difficult times and helping them move toward greater understanding, stability, and change. She brings an open, compassionate, and flexible approach to therapy, tailoring her work to each person’s needs and the context of their life.

Jenna supports clients experiencing both general and more complex mental health difficulties, and has particular interests in neurodivergence, trauma, attachment, eating disorders, and affirming support for LGBTQIA+ clients. She has experience supporting people with anxiety, mood difficulties, childhood trauma, learning and developmental differences, social difficulties, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.

Jenna also offers EMDR therapy and conducts psychoeducational assessments for children and adolescents, including cognitive, specific learning disorder, and giftedness assessments, as well as Autism and ADHD assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. She works from a neurodiversity-affirming approach and is passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals in their self-understanding.

Alongside her clinical work, Jenna has experience delivering training and workshops in the wider community and is a Psychology Board of Australia Accredited Supervisor for 4+2, 5+1, and higher degree pathways.
