Rush is a Registered Psychologist who takes great value in assisting people to navigate through difficult times in their lives. She works with young people aged 16+ and adults experiencing a range of mental health problems including depression, anxiety, stress, panic, OCD, sleep issues and more. Rush also enjoys working with adults to manage general adjustment and life stressors.
Rush uses a person-centred style of therapy, which means that she tailors the therapy approach to the needs of each client. She has an eclectic approach and draws from ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies. Rush has experience working in community, government, and private practice.
Alongside her clinical work, Rush enjoys having a healthy lifestyle, incorporating nutrition and fitness, to benefit her overall wellbeing.
